Overview
The CapitalCare Health & Fitness Expo will be held on Friday, June 4th, from Noon to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, June 5th, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Empire State Plaza Concourse, in downtown Albany, NY.
This event is free to the public.
The Capital Region's most comprehensive, interactive wellness event, the two-day CapitalCare Health & Fitness Expo offers a host of family-friendly health and fitness activities and information, including:

In addition, the Fleet Feet Sports Marketplace will be offering expo pricing on new running shoes, apparel, and accessories from Adidas, Asics, Brooks, Craft, CW-X, Mizuno, New Balance, Nike, Polar, Reebok, and Saucony. Representatives from your favorite brands will be on-site all weekend!

Free and open to the general public, the CapitalCare Health & Fitness Expo will offer a variety of family-friendly health and wellness activities, practical health information and the following health screenings: body fat analysis, body mass index, blood pressure checks, diabetes risk assessment, and peak flow testing-- which measures lung capacity. The Expo is sponsored by CapitalCare Medical Group, an independent, multi-specialty physician practice offering services in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, endocrinology, pulmonary medicine, developmental-behavioral pediatrics, allergy, asthma and immunology, diabetes education and medical nutrition therapy.
